ANY RETURN MUST BE RECEIVED BY US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To return an order, please state whether you would like a refund or exchange, and please include your original order number. We can not guarantee that your required item will be in stock by the time we receive your exchange and in such cases are happy to either offer a refund or send you your desired item when it arrives in stock. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
